Constellation Design Group, Inc is a woman-owned consulting civil engineering firm established in March of 1982. Cathy S. Ritter, P.E., is President and sole owner. CDG provides a variety of civil engineering services for a host of public entities, including: MD State Highway Administration, MTA, MDTA, Baltimore City and Baltimore County. CDG is a certified MDOT DBE.
Civil Design
CDG performs all aspects of civil, site and roadway design for state and local capitol projects throughout the State of Maryland. We often participate in Open End contracts which require short deadlines, close communication with the design team personnel, as well as creative responses to areas of public concern.
Construction Management and Inspection
CDG currently provides level TET II through TET V roadway and bridge construction inspectors, level CT II and CT III inspectors, Office Engineers, Assistant Resident Engineers, as well as other office/administrative positions for Construction Management and Inspection contracts.
